Cassie Lee Kang Ching
Office Manager/Clinical Assistant
My journey into the mental health field began with my own experience as someone who once sought therapy. Having walked through some dark seasons of my own, I deeply understand how precious it can be to catch even a glimpse of light in the midst of confusion and pain. Sometimes, it’s not grand gestures, but small moments of warmth, understanding, or simply someone being there that make all the difference. That’s the kind of presence I hope to offer.
Through my role as an office manager and clinical assistant at KIN & KiDS, I aim to be that small spark. Whether it’s through a welcoming conversation, listening with empathy, or helping clients feel safe to take the next step, I hope to remind you that the world can still be kind—and that someone cares. I work closely with our director and therapists to create a supportive and smooth experience for you. I assist with documentation, handle administrative processes, and contribute to the overall functioning of our centre. At the same time, I am often the first person you’ll speak to when you reach out. I take this part of my job to heart. Whether it’s answering your questions, understanding your concerns, or helping you feel ready for your first session. I aim to make the process a little easier and more reassuring. I’ll do my best to connect you with the therapist who best fits your needs and to walk with you gently through the process
I believe even a small moment of connection can bring hope to someone who feels lost or alone. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and also speak basic Malay and Cantonese. Please feel free to reach out—I’m here to help however I can.
